Is RateChaserAI free to use? ▾
Yes — completely. RateChaserAI is 100% free for consumers. We are compensated by brokers and lenders when a successful referral leads to a settled loan. You are never charged a fee.
Will submitting an enquiry affect my credit score? ▾
No. RateChaserAI never performs a hard credit check. Your credit score is not accessed or impacted when you submit an enquiry. Any formal credit assessment is conducted by the lender or broker only if you choose to proceed with them.
How quickly will I be contacted after submitting? ▾
Matched brokers or lenders typically reach out within 1 business hour during business hours. Contact times may vary depending on enquiry volume and the availability of Partners best suited to your profile.
How do I stop being contacted by Partners? ▾
Simply let the Partner know directly that you no longer wish to be contacted. You can also email us at info@ratechaserai.com and we will flag your details. Note that once a lead has been passed to a Partner, you will need to contact them directly to opt out.
