Fairywren AI Pty Ltd (ACN to be inserted) is an Australian company operating the RateChaserAI platform — a mortgage and refinance lead generation service. We are not a licensed mortgage broker or credit provider. Our service connects Australian consumers with licensed mortgage brokers and lenders ("Partners") to help them find competitive home loan rates.

Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all personal information we collect and handle through:
- The RateChaserAI website and any related pages or applications;
- Our lead generation enquiry forms and rate-matching tools;

- Our interactions with Partners and service providers.
It does not apply to the privacy practices of our Partners. Once your information is shared with a Partner, their own privacy policies govern how they handle it. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any broker or lender you engage with.

Disclosure to Third Parties
6.1 Partner Lenders and Brokers
This is the core purpose of our service. When you submit an enquiry, we share your contact details and loan profile with matched Partners. By submitting our form, you consent to this disclosure.
6.2 Service Providers
We engage trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are contractually bound to handle your information as directed by us.
6.3 Legal and Regulatory
We may disclose information where required by law, including to government agencies, courts, or regulators such as the OAIC.
6.4 Business Transfers
If we sell or merge our business, your information may be disclosed to prospective purchasers. Any transferee will be required to handle your information consistent with this Policy.
Our Partner Network
All Partners are required to hold the appropriate Australian Credit Licence (ACL) and be a member of an approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) scheme. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that:
- Your information will be shared with one or more matched Partners;
- Partners may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your enquiry;
- Partners' own privacy policies apply once they receive your information;
- RateChaserAI is not responsible for the actions or services of Partners.
Overseas Disclosure
We primarily operate within Australia and store data on Australian-based servers. However, some technology service providers may process data on servers overseas, including in the United States or the EU.
Where we disclose information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps under APP 8.1 to ensure they handle it consistently with the APPs. By using our service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to overseas locations as described.
Direct Marketing
We may send you marketing communications where you have consented, or where we have a pre-existing relationship and you have not opted out. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. To opt out:
- Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email; or
- Email info@ratechaserai.com with the subject "Unsubscribe".
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth).
